You may return any undamaged, unused product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, less any original shipping charges. If you're ordering from the EU, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive, which applies on top of this policy.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and cables included, and show no signs of use beyond inspection. Products showing wear from actual use may be subject to a restocking fee or partial refund.
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Gift cards and opened consumables (such as screen protectors or cleaning kits) can't be returned once opened. Everything else in our catalog is eligible under the policy above.
If your item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. See also our Warranty page.
